Richest NFL Teams and Their Super Bowl Wins

Football, NCAAF, CFB, NFL article at Knup Sports

It is no surprise at the NFL teams with the most money would have the best opportunities at winning a Super Bowl each year. Let’s see if this is true.

NFL is one of the most influential leagues in sports history I want to discuss the richest teams in the NFL currently and their relationship in comparison to Super Bowl wins. It is no surprise at the NFL teams with the most money would have the best opportunities at winning a Super Bowl each year. I want to see if this way of thinking matches up.

At the bottom of the list, we have the Buffalo Bills which are listed at 2.27 billion dollars. The bills currently have zero Super Bowl wins. The Cincinnati Bengals are valued at $2.275 billion and likewise, the Buffalo Bills have zero Super Bowl wins. The Detroit Lions are valued at two. $4 billion and I have zero Super Bowl wins as well. The Cleveland Browns who have made big moves in the off-season are valued at $2.6 billion in areas like everybody on this list has zero Super Bowl wins.

$2 billion Titans

Continuing the list, the Tennessee Titans are valued at $2.62 billion and we have yet to see a team in the bottom half with the Super Bowl one. The Arizona Cardinals are valued at $2.65 billion and have zero Super Bowl wins similar to the Jackson Village Jaguars who are valued at $2.8 billion and have zero Super Bowl wins. there seems to be a consistent pattern with the team so far with zero Super Bowl wins all having values of $2 billion.

The New Orleans Saints are valued at $2.82 billion and are the first team on the list breaking the trend of no Super Bowl wins being valued at the 2 billion mark. The Carolina Panthers and the Los Angeles chargers both organizations are in a range of similar value as both are 2.9 billion dollars and both organizations have zero Super Bowl wins. The Kansas City Chiefs and the Tampa Bay buccaneers both organizations have secured two Super Bowl wins and are both valued at $2.9 billion the difference is $100,000.

The Atlanta Falcons are worth $3.2 billion and have zero Super Bowl wins this is interesting as this is the first team of all NFL teams in the $3 billion benchmarks and they have zero wins. The Indianapolis Colts are valued at $3.25 billion and have two Super Bowl wins while the Minnesota Vikings are valued at $3.35 billion and have zero Super Bowl victories.

Money Means Championships

Moving forward to gain a perspective on the higher valued NFL teams and their Super Bowl wins the New York Giants are valued at $4.85 billion and have secured four Super Bowl wins.
The New England Patriots are valued at $5 billion and have secured six NFL Super Bowl wins and at the top of the list of Dallas Cowboys are valued at $6.5 billion and have secured five Super Bowl wins.

These numbers suggest that nobody can predict who will win a Super Bowl each year but the opportunity for teams grows vastly as long as their financial situation allows. Teams valued above $4 billion have a higher chance of winning a Super Bowl than the teams valued in the $2 billion areas.
