Begin this list off I wanna recognize Joanna Jedrzejczyk. Joanna participated in the Super Bantamweight and featherweight divisions as well as the strawweight and flyweight divisions. Joanna has a mixed martial arts record of 16 wins and five losses. The Polish fighter won eight Straight UFC fights and defended the strawweight championship five times. Getting her position on the list of one of the best fighters in UFC history.
Holly Holm
Holly Holm made UFC history at UFC 193 where she upset Rhonda Rousey becoming the new undisputed bantamweight champion in the women’s division. Holly Holm was the underdog as everybody expected Ronda Rousey to win this fight but home striking was too much for Rousey to endure and she lost by knockout. The holm had a unique fighting style and was able to overcome Rousey that night early her spot is one of the best fighters in history.
Cris Cyborg
Cris Cyborg is one of the most electric fighters in UFC history. Her fighting style is unique as she is a very physical fighter and tries to end the fight as soon as possible. UFC 232 we witnessed an all-out brawl against Amanda Nunez and Cris cyborg we’re both fighters were left bloody and fans were left excited. If I ended with Nunes knocking out Cris cyborg but regardless Cris cyborg has earned the respect to be placed on the list of one of the top fighters in history.
Amanda Nunes
The next fighter I want to discuss will be on the main card on July 30. Amanda Nunes won gold at UFC 200 against Miesha Tate and has defended her championship on separate occasions with one being against Cris Cyborg which was previously mentioned. This is credited with holding two titles at once being the first female in UFC history to do so.
